Eligibility, scope and deliverables are confirmed with AUD.
Can I keep my existing architect?
Yes. AUD can work from your architectural plans and coordinate the interior and construction scope. Any change affecting an approved design must be reviewed with the relevant designer, consultants and approval authority.
Do the renders lock in materials and the building price?
No. Renders communicate the intended design. Materials, specifications, availability, inclusions, allowances and pricing must also be documented in the project proposal. Changes are reviewed before proceeding.
Can you guarantee a street-record sale price?
No. AUD can shape the design, material consistency and construction priorities, but sale outcomes also depend on the site, market, timing and buyer demand.
Are the page images completed AUD projects?
The hero image is clearly labelled as an interior-design reference, not evidence of a completed AUD build. Your renders are developed from your own plans and agreed project scope.
